Have to say I've found the lack of communication utterly disgraceful recently. Community Manager on official forums hasn't been active in weeks. How hard is it for a company raking in billions of dollars a year to get someone to come out and say "we've heard you, and we're working on a fix"?'
Hell, I've just wrote for them all I need to know. COME ON EA, I've done half your job for you. Just copy the quotation and paste it in the replies here. As it stands, I don't feel we're being ignored... I feel the there's nobody around to listen!
