One thing you can do, is make backups of your savegame files. So when you complete your last interaction on Bogano, log out, and backup your Savegame file for that game, you'll need to know which savegame slot you're in in the game, and the savegame folder is located in your Users\<username>\Saved Games\Respawn\JediFallenOrder\ - just copy the savegame file to a safe place at the right time, and when you go to replay, delete the current savegame file and its backup in that folder, copy your old savegame file.

Meanwhile, you'll have to play the game again to get to that point.
