Have you tried to restart your console? Reinstalling the game completely can also solve this. What kind of error message you`ve get, while trying to download the DLC in PlayStation Store?

HI THANKS FOR THE REPLY, WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD I GET THIS ERROR...
were sorry this product cannot be purchased at this time (WC-40360-3)
WHEN I WENT TO PLAYSTATION STORE, IT GAVE COST, THEN CLICKED ON EXAMLE BESPIN, THEN DOWNLOAD..THEN THIS ERROR..
SAME WITH, OUTER RIM, DEATHSTAR AND SCARIF.......
TURNED OFF PLAYSTATION FOR A FEW HOURS, AND RESTARTED, STILL THE SAME ERRORS AND ALL LOCKED...

Did you bought the game and Season pass separately? Are you currently in the same region, your PlayStation account was originally registered in?
