Re: Severe lag/stuttering around larger ships

Same exact problem here. No matter the resolution or settings it stutters every time I approach a capitol ship the first time around. More smooth on second pass. It happens again later in the session like a cycle. It drives me nuts ever since I bought the game. I push through it for the dog fighting in between.

I usually notice a slight microstutter when playing 2D mode right around the same areas. That 2D microstutter translates into a 9.0 earthquake in VR.

9700K at 4.9ghz (Stock or overclocked no difference.)

16GB @ 3600mhz Cas 18. (Tried stock 3200mhz Cas 16 no difference.)

NVMe SSD PCIe 3.0 4x

5700XT @ 2.1ghz

Quest 2 with Link. Standard and Beta.

Win10 20h2 (Fresh install)
