Re: Star Wars Battlefront: Icons & Logos Not Visible

Although you never used any term such as "text" or "words", it sounds as though all of that is missing, and if so, it's caused, at least 90% of the time, by corruption in the Origin client's install files.  You have to uninstall it, get a fresh download for your current setup, and reinstall.  A few similar symptom reports haven't been solved this way, but the odds are in your favor.

    You are welcome, of course!

  • I have the same problem, but reinstalling Origin did not work for me...

    Any other possibilities?

Any help will be greatly appreciated...

  • Here is more details on my issie with my computer specs...

I am able to load the game, but not able to see the text icons or buttons on the main page, but the images I can see crystal clear. Example: Main start screen on the left the text icons or buttons to click or start new game etc. are blank, invisible. Same thing when I manage to get into game-play; unable to see text icons or buttons so I can’t really play the game. Please help fix this issue. I have already tried to remove and reinstall Origin, and still having the same issue. So I removed origin again, and removed the game and reinstalled both.

Here are the specs of my computer:

    Intel Core i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40 GHz

    12 of Ram

    NVidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB

    Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

    Directx 11

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated...

    Thanks

That is the comment in this thread that received the flag for the standard solution.  Until anyone tries that, and fails, there is no need to add anything, since the thread is SOLVED.

  • But my issue still persist...

I tried the solution proposed and it did not work for me... I asked for other advice and have not received anything yet; That is why I started a new thread, as my problem is not fixed...
