  • I looked at the Anti-Virus software and Internet secrutiy but I could not find anything being blocked so I don't know.🤔

    I anyone knows how to fix it could they help. Thanks 🙂

    First of all check your date & time on PC.

    -clear DNS cache

    - clearing hosts file

    -resetting your Internet Explorer settings: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737? 

    -restart your PC

    -run the setup file Origin with Admin rights  http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2

    NOTE if your issue persist you need to perform a Clean Boot . The clean or safe boot disables  background tasks that cause interference https://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

    I'm gonna need help for clearing hosts file I got to were they want me to rename the file hosts to hosts.old but when I try to rename it I keep getting a message saying this: This action can't be completed because the file is open in WRSVC. Do you got any idea what I should do now?

    There are 14 versions of wrsa.exe in the wild, the latest version being 8.0.4.84. It is started as a Windows Service with the name 'WRSVC' and described as “Webroot SecureAnywhere Antivirus v8.0.2.118”. . In addition, it is run under the context of the SYSTEM account with extensive privileges (the administrator accounts have the same privileges).   • can you also help me out? I've been getting this error msg in battlefront on my PS4. After every time I try to search a match, it fails and says "You have been disconnected from servers. Please try again." I have tried everything from restarting the game to RE-DOWNLOADING IT and I don't know what to do next. Plz help

    I think you should try these steps.


    PlayStation 4

    1. Press the PS button on your controller to bring up the XMB™ screen.
    2. Go to Settings.
    3. Choose Application Saved Data management.
    4. Select Saved Data in System Storage.
    5. Choose Delete.
    6. Select the game you cannot connect to.
    7. Delete all game data and squad or roster files listed.

    Note: When you play a sports game online, the online roster automatically downloads before your match starts.
