Re: Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order - Deluxe Edition upgrade not available for purchase

Finally after over a month I'm able to buy the Deluxe Edition upgrade.

I think the issue is related to PS+ version of the game which seems to override any other version in library and makes the upgrade unavailable for purchase. From what I've seen some PS+ versions of games (such as Uncharted 4 or Greedfall) also don't allow to purchase upgrades so it might be the same case. I might be wrong as taking away my PS+ license didn't solve the issue at first.

Seems that Sony had to do something manually on their side so if any one you have the same issue you might need to contact Playstation Support.

  • @AdnarokDo you know what that "something" was that allowed Playstation Support to resolve this? I'm having the same issue and I've tried contacting support, and the support people I've talked to act as if they have no clue what else to do even after removing the PS+ licensed version from my account.

    Hey @Adnarok,

Thanks for the update, good to hear that Sony Support was (most likely in this case) able to help you with this issue.

    Hey @HoffaSixNine,

I checked the websites real quick, and it, unfortunately, doesn't look like there's a separate Deluxe Edition upgrade for Jedi: Fallen Order on PC.
  • Hi,

EA already delivering Deluxe version on PC (ProPlay), but upgrade is failing ATM.

"Something went wrong. Try again later".

Hope it will be solved soon.
