I don’t think Anakin had anything to do with Bracca, and that ship was there from Order 66: Anakin lost his Jedi interceptor on Greivous’ command ship in Revenge of the Sith when it crashed (both crashing into the hangar and crashing on Coruscant). Besides, it was later shown he now had a green one on his trip to Mustafar. Basically no.
