Hi,

A couple of things here to take into account:

• Always run Origin as administrator
• Make sure that your Windows installation and GPU drivers are completely updated
• Make sure that an anti-virus, anti-malware or firewall program isn't blocking Origin and Battlefront.

If the issue remains then try the following:

• Clear the Origin cache
• Run your system in a clean boot
