I logged on two days ago to the error 918 problem and even though the error itself seems to have been fixed, I have yet to receive my pre-order bonuses. Is this an issue that is soon to be fixed?

So still haven't received my Pre order bonus. In a previous thread it says if you bought it on steam you should contact their support. Yeah sure only one problem, you can't contact their support about this game, and the Live chat guys at EA can't help me either. It's just really frustrating after the Error 918, now having to deal with this.
I had the 918 error when I first tried playing, and after the error resolved itself I just can't access any of the pre-order content. It says to wait until Operation 2. I know that everyone else has already mentioned this, but I'm just writing this report because I assume that the more people do this, the more attention it will gain.
