There isn't a chair that you can name the best. It all depends on the shape of your body and what height are you. For example, the most important thing for me in buying a chair for sitting in front of the computer is for it to be soft, and for me to have a correct form of the back while sitting on it. I work in an office, and I spend a lot of time in front of the computer, so this is why I use a good office chair, for not to develop scoliosis. Of course, not everything depends on the chair, because it is also recommended by the doctor to make some movements at least once in an hour.
