I have seen one other thread about this (link below) and when I read thru it, it seems like this could unfortunately be a hardware issue on the PS4.  I am coming to this conclusion because some of the users on that thread with the issue tried the game on a different PS4 and the issues was not present.  Again, I am not sure this is the issue, but it is my speculation based on the information given by users with the issue in that thread.

    So basically nothing worked for you and you still can't play the game without the stripes?

    I have not been able to test this personally since I have not had the issue on my PS4.  Like I stated, my speculation is based on info I from the users on the thread I linked.  Only a few of my friends play it on PS4, and none of them have the issue either, so I have not been able to talk to anyone I know personally with the issue either.
