Underage errors will usually prevent you from accessing your game. The date of birth you entered during registration on your Xbox LIVE account causes this error. You most likely have a child account if you received this error, meaning you created an account while under the age of 18.
You can change your online safety and privacy settings for adult or child accounts using Xbox LIVE's instructions for Xbox 360 or Xbox One. However, changing the parental permissions and other settings does not guarantee access to the servers. Xbox may still deny access based on the age on the account.
