recalibrate VR headset in Star Wars Squadrons problems w the - button

Whenever I try to recalibrate my quest 2 I press the button it says which is the - button and it keeps sending me back to the menu page I looked all over the internet and basically smashed every key on my keyboard what do I do

    Press and hold the Menu button. If you just press it, it will open the menu, but if you hold it, it will recenter the VR Headset.

    @nrm56 one issue I had was that the window on the PC had to have focus. Often if I clicked the mouse out of habit, it would select something outside the window and without the focus. the keyboard commands were lost.

    Even if I press it, I have no controls on my controllers. Like it doesn’t exist.
