redeem code problem

Hello, Today i purchased a copy of SW BF, i'v redeem my code from origin app> i was prompted with success after confirming the redeem code =  but the game is not in my game list, not in the download...

    i was able to fix this:

    i logged out/in and it appeared in my game list.

Hi what if your are on console I don't see an option to log out
