Reduce Spawn Timer or Get Rid of It.
Dying in Dogfights is way too punishing. My suggestion is to reduce the spawn time to 5 seconds or get rid of it altogether. Most of the time, it takes about 15-20 seconds to even get back in the act...

@CHAMMOND1992 I'd love to see multiple end goal numbers available to choose from before the match begins:

and based on the total rank between teams, give the option for the lower ranked team to choose a handicap for the better team, (30 - 60), which the team can accept or decline without anyone having to face a penalty prior to the match begginging.

Sounds like you are assuming Ranked Dogfights is coming... which would be GREAT! But I haven't seen anything to hang that hope on, maybe I missed it.
I agree with this thread though. Cut the respawn timer in half! It still takes while to fly into the action.
[With all changes, I favor smaller changes, so even if they trimmed it by a third that would be helpful.]
