I brought the New Star wars battlefront today and after having played for only a short time have decided on a refund due to the hack that are being run that you don't seem to be able to stop, a shame...

If you are having trouble with the refund "button" not working, I would try getting in contact with an EA Adviser @ http://help.ea.com and see what they can do. It is a good thing that you took screenshots, etc to show that you attempted to do so within the time you should have been guaranteed a refund.
