Refunded Steam Version/ Can't Purchase Origin Version

 Hope this is the right place to post. I got the game on release through Steam and refunded it. On my Origin account, it still say I own it when I don't. I am now interested in purchasing it on Origin with it being on special. Origin thinks I own it and is not letting me purchase it. How can I correct this so I can purchase it?
