Request: Options for NO Targetting & No HUD on custom servers please!

@Elphaba Now that we have custom servers, can we pretty please with sprinkles, have the option to FORCE all HUD and lock on indicators OFF please.

So all one has is the inside cockpit instrumentation and you can't lock a target (unless it's missiles) so you have to work out the lead amount by yourself.
