Request: Options for NO Targetting & No HUD on custom servers please!

@Elphaba oh....if it's to turn of pointers on the screen, then that's a visual option. But your OP stated turning off wrench on the radar.

@Metric-SINISTER And of course it's a 'visual' option!?; my point is to make a server setting that removes everything but cockpit instrumentation from ALL pilots in the match.
