Request: Options for NO Targetting & No HUD on custom servers please!

@Elphaba The ships may be there but the repair function may not necessarily be available if it's the enemy's turn to attack. So the wrench is there to let players know that repairs are available.

@Metric-SINISTER Again, that comes down to a lack of awareness of what's going on; if the enemy is attacking, then you know you can't repair. So you don't fly there. Simple. The 'wrench' and all this guff is just a crutch for people to not use their brains.
