To EA support team,
Thank you kindly for your help and response on my issue. The business I purchased the code from will correct it with the proof of purchase via the receipt the original code was on. The manager called me from that store and she was very helpful.
Since having this game, I would like to give a kind thank you to your support team, help and issues. I've had another in the past as well, that was resolved through EA also.
