Yes I have this issue too. I had to set the roll deadzone to a high enough value that it's no longer a problem, but that means more stick movement when actually wanting to roll. I've also connected the stick to a PC to test calibration and then recalibrate it using the app from Thrustmaster's support site.

For some reason, Squadrons (and no other game) likes to mess up the calibration of the HOTAS and likes to cause drifting especially on the twist/roll axis (it seems it happens on any platform, as it happens to me on PC and Xbox One at times as well). When that happens, the HOTAS remains uncalibrated even for other games. What usually works for me when that happens is unplugging the HOTAS and replugging it.
