Rope swings not reachable.

Summarize your bug After completing the Tomb of Miktrull puzzle and riding to the top, I was unable to grab the rope swing after running along the walls. After making the last jump to the first of the 2 ropes the first one turns bluish and I am unable to grab on. When I attempted to back track, to get out of this area and return to the ship, the next rope swing I tried did the same thing. I also noticed when you use force pull the ropes turns bluish when it gets near you. On the second rope I mentioned I was able to grab on but fell as soon as I walked over the edge attempting a swing.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I first had this issue at the top of the elevator after the wall walking area in Zeffo at the Imperial headquarters.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you attempt a rope swing the rope turns bluish and you cant grab on but fall and die.
What do you expect to see? After a jump you should swing over to the next target such as a rope, wall or ledge.
I attempted some screen shots but the file sizes are too big.
Uh.... This might sound stupid, but do you mean you cannot pull the ropes towards you with Force Pull or you cannot grab them with your hands while jumping towards them (not using force pull)?
Just in case (sorry) the ropes turn blue once they are in range of your force pull. If you press and hold force pull (don't know what key or mouse button that is on PC) when a rope is highlighted blue, it should be pulled towards you until you grab on. Once you have grabbed on and are swinging, you don't have to hold force pull anymore.
If you're just jumping towards a rope without force pull, you have to be very close to it to grab on to it.
If either of those doesn't work, then I'm afraid you're at the mercy of the devs and a patch.
Also, when you hold a rope while still having your feet on the ground, one that you pulled towards you with Force Pull, I always keep holding force pull and don't jump when going over the edge, there is some way the character let's go (I think it's the jumping).
I always try to jump first, be in the air, then pull the rope to me.
