Rotations axis binding issues, VKB Gladiator

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. While attempting to setup my yaw controls using my VKB Gladiator the rotation axis rX does not bind.

What happens when the bug occurs? My ability to fly is severely hindered resulting in being completely unable to play.
What do you expect to see? The ability to yaw left and right.

My stick does not require drivers however I have used both the VKB software and Virpil software to confirm that the stick is working as it should, full axis movement is confirmed.

A simple fix for this would be to manually be able to select what axis/button does what without having to have the game detect it. Clearly it can see the rotation of the axis, but it might be getting hung up on the fact that the rotation starts in the middle and its deadzone is in the middle of its range. Thats just my guess, but I think its a valid one. Click on bind axis/button, then either move the axis or select from a drop down box.

Or you can tell us where to find the controls config file so we can manually input what axis to use perhaps?
