Nobody responding what a shocker. I have the same cpu as you and a 1080 Ti and I am getting similar issues. I get serious stutter and fps drops when I get to specific parts of the game. If the game needs to load a new area i get fps drops 100% of the time. Then if I sprint at times I will get 3-4 fps drops. It's enough that I notice it and it breaks the immersion for me. Feels bad because the game is really fun.
- @Dissolution187 yesterday I acomplished 80 fps on High - didnt tested epic settings yet. How? Changed settings in NVIDIA panel for Star Wars to High Performance ( especially power managment option - I think there were 3 options with that option ).
I also added in origin launcher - star wars launch settings -> -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -high
