Updating my BIOS with the latest version fixed it. Guess Asus gets the win on fixing this issue.
Loaded the game on a second PC of mine, an Intel i5 running an RTX 2070 and it works just fine. Both machines made by the same PC manufacturer (Xidax.com) which tells me the problem rests in the way the game was written either at the Anti-Cheat level or at the game level.

DICE TeamThe same company built both PC's. The only difference is in the machine I am having an issue with I am running higher performance hardware. Every other game I have runs just fine, it's only this one that doesn't work. The manufacturer has run many tests to check the various components in my machine and they all pass. That's why the obvious problem is the code and not the hardware.
