"Sage, Vault, and Tomb" Glitch - Cannot Platinum

Summarize your bug The databank encrypted log "Sage, Vault, and Tomb" does not properly enter into the databank after scanning it (Archive 1, entry 2). As such, the achievement “Data Disk” will not unlock. As a result, I cannot platinum the game. This data log was originally scanned at the proper story point but does not acknowledge as such and does not provide credit for the scan.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m unsure. If you’ve played through the game this will either occur or will not. That being said, I see this has been reported several times already with no solutions provided. Further, my two friends who also played through with me at the same time on PS4 have also not been able to unlock this achievement due to the same issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? The databank encrypted log "Sage, Vault, and Tomb" scans but does not provide credit. As such, the achievement associated can not unlock and therefore the platinum achievement is barricaded behind this glitch.
What do you expect to see? The databank encrypted log "Sage, Vault, and Tomb" should provide credit as expected when scanned, allowing the associated achievement to unlock.
The databank encrypted log "Sage, Vault, and Tomb" appears to be glitched and does not provide The associated credit. As such both its achievement, and by association the game platinum achievement, does not unlock. This issue has been reported by several other people and I know that two of my friends who’ve been playing through the game on the same system, in this case PlayStation 4, have the same issue. All three of us have completed the game finished all other associated achievements and done everything possible but are unable to get the scan credit. As it is already been scanned but doesn’t acknowledge it there does not appear to be any solution that I can do endgame that will allow me to get the appropriate credit and allow me to platinum the game. Is this bug or glitch acknowledged and known? Is a solution forthcoming?
Upon checking today I see that this has been fixed. After the recent bout of patches, I walked back into the room on Bogano, BD-1 jumped off my shoulder and walked right up to the scan, and gave me the option to scan it again as though I’d never done it before.
Scanned it and popped Data Disk and immediately after that A New Hope.
