Secret and Chest not counting on Ilum

I have one secret not unlocking on this planet and I believe its for the same reason.  I don't want to pursue the platinum any further to finish at 99.8% of the game complete.... Ive looked up the areas for the 3 secrets and have pics of my character standing next to them..... but it only shows I've done 2 out of 3.....  I've beat the game....all thats left is to pursue the platinum....please address or lmk when it will be addressed....not playing again until its fixed
