Security question to connect to EA to play
EA,
I know my Security question is correct. I checked it at the website. I even changed it. I downloaded it on my XBone and once I try to play even the single player, it prompts me to connect to EA account. It then asks for my security question, which I know is correct but still wont let me connect. I went online to change it. I did, and still wont let me connect. This is very frustrating. Whey can't you just ask for me password?
@deriakfettThe security question is a form of password, just a bit more involved. If you're still encountering issues with this please contact support.
I know the Beta is over now, but it's something that'll need to be cleared up at some point.
