NO KIDDING!!! I had over 200 players quick sold off my account by a hacker the market value to get back all my players was close to 3.8M in coins and after investigation by their "specialist team" they only gave me back 430k and told me that was all they could do. I also got hung up on several times by there "customer service" agents.

If you do not have Login Verification enabled on your account we strongly recommend doing that to create an additional layer of security. Our staff will do their best to investigate missing item/currency claims, however we cannot always guarantee full account restoration.
