Can you please send me a private message with that case number so I can have our quality assurance team review the call? If you do not have Login Verification enabled on your account we strongly recommend doing that to create an additional layer of security. Our staff will do their best to investigate missing item/currency claims, however we cannot always guarantee full account restoration.
