Shield ramming should cause both opponents to destroy each other

Have noticed many times where rebels use their shields to ram Imperial fighters. This issue was also present in Battlefront 2015 and cause many inbalances between factions, even to this day. Shield r...

@EA_Joz thanks Joz for the quick response...I hope these balance tweaks can be done via server side patch since the shield ramming can be an issue as well as accidental collisions which count as points to the adversary.
