It happens because you can't get out of Venator wreckage without cutting a wall with the lightsaber and you can't go back to the place where you entered because it's a ramp that you slid to get in this place.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After the part where you break your lightsaber, instead of going straight in the planet Ilum, return to the ship and travel to Zeffo, then go to the secret area called Venator wreckage. Once you are inside, you can't get out.
