Trying to get my 9 year old to log in, I had the same problem with FIFA 15 but after trying for a long time I got it

Hey @fireninja2304,

are you still experiencing this issue? If so, please check your settings on your Xbox.

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

2. Select Settings > All Settings.

3. Under Privacy & online safety, select Xbox Live privacy.

4. Choose Adult defaults.

5. Reboot your console and launch the game again.

If you should receive the same error message, could you please share the gamertag you're trying to log on with?
