Split/Double bladed lightsaber glitch

Summarize your bug When wielding a double light sabre, Cal only has one in hand while the other clips through torso.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Appeared after fighting the rouge Jedi on Dathomir when fighting the 2 nearby beasts after saving.
What happens when the bug occurs? Video showing with similar glitch : https://youtu.be/CWZUi0xIoyU Cannot change lightsaber type. Cannot use sabre attacks that use force (slash, saberthrow, etc). After traveling to different planet, sabre is only one and cannot change type to double blades.
What do you expect to see? A working double bladed lightsaber.

It is a frustrating bug as I am worried this will affect the rest of my play through.
