[SPOILER] Unable to travel to mandatory destination (late-game)

Summarize your bug I fought the Second Sister in the Vault on Bogano, then made my way back to the Mantis. I spoke to the crew, exhausted their dialogue and checked the galaxy map and saw that I could now travel to the Fortress Inquisitorius. I went back outside, looked for some treasures and Force memories I was missing and then switched off my PS4 manually, without exiting to the menu. When I restarted the game the next day (on the 21st of November), the Fortress Inquisitorius was missing from my galaxy map. I travelled from Bogano to Dathomir, still missing. Went back to Bogano, still missing. Spoke to the Mantis crew, exhausting their dialogue again, still missing. So basically I can't complete the game, even though I'm so close to the end. Any solution for this? I get that manual save points can be used for save scumming, but without them, I can't reload an earlier save, so I'm just stuck without any main objective on my map.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get to the point where you beat the Second Sister in the Vault on Bogano (or at least get her to half health), then go to the Mantis, talk to every crew member until their dialogue is exhausted, then shut down the Playstation WITHOUT manuall quitting to the main menu. The next main objective will be gone from the map and the Fortress Inquisitorius will not be available as a travel destination.
What happens when the bug occurs? The main story can not be progressed further.
What do you expect to see? The end of the game!
I'm located in Germany, playing on a PS4 Pro (updated), the game is running on the latest version.
