Squadrons Preorder Items Not Unlocking

I got my code for my Squadrons preorder bonuses a bit late, after a mishap with GameStop, but I finally did get a code that worked. And my PS4 does say that I own the thing, but in-game, the preorder...

@q8nqo3qpg2ra You need to play the tutorial level in single player firs to unlock the items.
