@ReposterHard to say. I can assume it's not balanced based off the fact that they are different shapes, or that the destroyable points on the star destroyer are more recognizable than the ones on the MC75 for the newer players, or that the star destroyer has a bigger surface area for bombing runs. Personally I haven't really cared for which side I'm on.
Well guys, has anyone discovered the techniques to near perfectly wreck a SD? I would like to learn how to deal as much damage as possible with 1 Y-wing frag. I usually solo queue, and I do try to coordinate with my random team mates, but I would like to understand the concepts of the Y-wing and how to almost all the time do Loads of Cap ship damage.
I am trying to understand when and how my Starfighter can be hit by a Tractor beam by the SD, and how to avoid this from happening as I usually get fragged when that happens.
- 5 years ago@Reposter I think boosting, making unpredictable movements, and having full engine power stops tractor beams from locking on.

I love taking down Star Destroyers. Once the shields go down just hammer sub systems, or turrets. I like taking out shield generators then taking out the targeting system. I may do strafing run on turrets. Rarely have to take out power system underneath, SD is usually scrap by then anyway. If you do attack underneath take out tractor beam emitters ASAP.
More or less do the same for the MC75, but may vary what subs I go for.
