Both, you can toggle the Cloud saves setting in properties on Origin.
Where is the localization of the save file local?

les sauvegarde sont ici

donc il est pas en save games mais apres copier coller se transforme en save games
plus exactement pour etre plus claire
C:\Users\[user]\\Parties enregistrées\Respawn\JediFallenOrder\
remplacer [user] par le nom de votre pc
- @FuryForged Could you help me out with something? Im trying to open a savegame into my game to restore a corrupted file but i can't seem to find out how to do it. Your comment here helped me find where i need to go but i don't know how to get that savegame into my game. please help me if you can, or anyone else who knows what im talking about.

The only way you'd be able to replace a corrupt save is if you have a prior save folder backed up already. In that case you could just replace the corrupt JediFallenOrder folder with the other one.
If the Load Journey option had multiple (or even 2) checkpoint options within your current play through, it would just be a case of loading the one prior to the corrupt save, but unfortunately you can only choose save slots from different play throughs.
