This issue is all over so to the tech ready this… please don’t insult me by asking for screen shots etc. at least 100 people have been reporting this day after day.
Your database clearly died, odds are you are not the database/sql/python division so maybe have a tech that can speak from actual knowledge on this come in and grace us with their presence?
Same as everyone else.. SWBF1 loads on my PS5 fine. In game if I go to my hands and attempt to purchase more starcards… a few things happen.
1) all my credits were deleted. I’ve since played the game a little and I’m sitting around 15-20k credits but that is lower than it was.
2) purchases within the game from star cards area do not work. “Purchase Failed” is the note shown, same one we’ve all been getting.
A simple tour through Answers EA and it appears this all things gone is not just SWBF1 but rather, most if not all EA games.
I have been buying EA games for over twenty years, but hey… I’m happy to give my money to another company if you guys can’t fix something that honestly, could be resolved with a back up being restored from before this crap shoot started, then a port scan to see who’s been playing in your backyard because yes.. your network/servers are not all things good currently.

The game is now somewhat pointless, and I’m beginning to wonder if it’s not the game, but rather EA that is lacking.
Been over a week with no feedback other than.. nothing to report?
Makes me wonder if this started to get picked up by video game blogs, youtube channels, review sites… how quickly this would be reaolved.
Help?
