@jos2349 please check the router-ports as well as other connection troubleshooting from the link provided above. Please make sure that Origin as well as SW:BF is added to the exception list of your firewall and try to power-cycle your routermodem. To do so, disconnect your modem from the power-source for roughly a minute. Connect it back after, it might take another minute until your modem is fully operational again.

I am onPS4 and have had the issue since downloading the beta upon release. I have also deleted the beta from the PlayStation and redownloaded it.

@Ikkaris85 Could you please try to perform a hard reset on your PS4 console?

To reset your console or to rebuild your console data base, you need to enter the PS4 safety mode. To restart or update the system as well as rebuilding the database could do the trick:

Starting the PS4 in Safe Mode

    1. Turn off the PlayStation 4 by pressing the power button on the front panel. The power indicator will blink for a few moments before turning off.
    2. Once the PlayStation 4 is off, press and hold the power button. Release it after you've heard two beeps: one when you initially press, and another 7 seconds later.
    3. Connect the DualShock 4 controller with the provided USB cable and press the PS button on the controller.

    Safe Mode Options

The following options are available in Safe Mode:

    1. Restart System - Ends Safe Mode and restarts the PlayStation 4 normally.
    2. Update System Software - Allows the PlayStation 4 to update the system software via Internet, USB Drive, or Disc.
    3. Rebuild Database - Scans the drive and creates a new database of all content.
This operation may take a long time depending on the type and number of data items.

    Cheers
