Star Wars Battlefront connecting... step by step please XD

I'm a total idiot and needs to be held by the hand for this one. I am having connection issues with EA servers. I am playing Star Wars Battlefront, and it takes forever to load into a game, it runs smooth once im in, then i get kicked after every battle. Every answer to this problem is "Put in these TCP and UDP ports." I have no idea how to do this, or where to go. I have a windows computer. At one point i had gotten to the Network interface - properties - settings and saw i have a EA Tunnel in there, i can edit it and this is what i see (i added a PNG attachment). So please when answering this question, do not send me to the "Opening TCP or UDP port" page, because i have read it forward and back and i cannot make sense of it. Thank you all
