What about other games: are working fine? Search hdd for corrupted files and test RAM.
Yep other games work just fine, Battlefield 4 on medium-high settings, Insurgency and WarThunder, it's just this game that is giving me a slew of issues.

I know you are using the last driver from nvidia, but have you tried a previous nvidia driver? Maybe it's a driver issue...

Well I tried some old drivers and my PC still crashed 😞 Do you know if there has been any other cases of this? I mean it's weird that it would be crashing my entire computer.

Sometimes this kind of issue is caused by defective ram or power supply (and, of course, if you overclock gpu/cpu). But, in your case, this issue only happens at Star Wars Battlefront. And that is weird!

Do you know of any other resources I/We can use for support? Idk if you're from EA or forum staff but if not do you know how to get EA's attention? I got a call back from them and the support guy pretty much said my pc must be a piece of * and he can't do anything.

Hey, I am a gamer/user like you! I don't work for EA. Maybe you should try this forum: http://starwars.ea.com/starwars/battlefront/forums
Dice developers and EA staff use to read.

Some games need old DirectX versions. Like you, I also have windows 10. And I installed DirectX 9.0c End-User Runtime and DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010). If you want to try them, follow those links: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=34429 and https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109

Maybe it's a kind of malware or a potentially undesirable program. Take o look at this: https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/
- Anonymous10 years agoIn my case of this issue, I found that my pc was actually producing a blue screen but restarted before it could come up. I guess that it is a driver issue, because the blue screen is telling me that a driver has given the windows kernel bad code to run. I recommend getting whocrashed and seeing if you also have blue screens from the game.
