It fixed my Nvidia Geforce app, but sadly my game is still showing these red and blue falshing.
Could be an overlay or overheating issue? Have you tried doing a clean boot? And what temperatures are your GPU / CPU when the issue is happening?

Yes i have made a clean boot before.
I do not know how to check the tempreture of my CPU / GPU.

Most folks will use a 3rd party program, there are many free ones available. Perhaps a community member can give some specific recommendations, but there are a few reputable ones out there.
Usually these will then show some real-time data when you play, you can use this to see if temperature issues are a potential factor.- 9 years ago
Ive read the temperature of both my CPU and GPU now.
and the results are that before i open the game both of them have a temperature of about 40 c. When i start the game and play, no matter if i read the temperature before or after the red and blue flashing is there the temperature stays the same at bout 70 c for the CPU and about 70 - 80 c for the GPU
