Hi @abjoseh Thanks for the update!
we may be running into an issue where the game is not running as intended. Would it be possible to try on a device that is in line with our minimum specs?
Windows minimum requirements
- OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
- Processor (Intel): Intel i3 6300T or equivalent
- Memory: 8GB RAM
- Hard Drive: At least 40 GB of free space
- Graphics card (NVIDIA): nVidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB
- Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB
- DirectX: 11.0 Compatible video card or equivalent
- Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
Hi @EA_Illium ,
Thank you for the attention. In fact, I'd love to help find the cause of the issue if there's actually one. Sadly, I only own my laptop and can't test the game with no other system. What I find very curious is the fact that the game runs perfect with a PS5 controller I borrowed. I was able to play and it was fluid and smooth.
Maybe, if Intel releases another version of its graphics driver whose last 4 number are bigger than the ones the game compares to, it doesn't pop the error and it doesn't trigger the problem with the input.
I'd also like to note that I'm playing other games without problem in my laptop. Hopefully, this game's support is not yet deprecated and if there's a bug, it may be solved, as it doesn't seem too complex.

HI @abjoseh Thanks for the Update, we might run into unexpected issues!
Out of curiosity does the Keyboard have any drivers or software that was installed after you first plugged it in? If so for the driver can you check for an update and if it uses software can you try uninstalling it and checking if input if picked up? - 3 years ago
Hi @EA_Illium,
I was using my keyboard long before the game was installed. It is a Logitech MX Keys which is connected by Bluetooth. I've also tried disconnecting it and using the laptop's one, and using a basic USB Logitech K120 too. All drivers were updated. None of the keyboard worked.
Another info. The mouse input is not recognized either. The cursor moves, but it doesn't allow me to select items in the menu (I entered the main menu using a controller, and then disconnected it to switch to keyboard/mouse control). So the problem is not only with the keyboard.
Thanks again for the support, I hope we can solve this soon.

I can't get it to work on my computer either. I have an i9 11980HK with an Intel Arc B580. Keyboard and mouse are locked out of the game. All overlays have been turned off. No software like teams are installed. This is absolutely stupid. It can't possibly be this difficult for them to fix the keyboard and mouse inputs. You would think that on a PC, where every program uses the mouse and keyboard without a problem, that it would be a pretty simple thing to have the mouse and keyboard work. I certainly had no trouble with keyboards and mice when I wrote programs for windows.
