Hi @EA_Illium,
I was using my keyboard long before the game was installed. It is a Logitech MX Keys which is connected by Bluetooth. I've also tried disconnecting it and using the laptop's one, and using a basic USB Logitech K120 too. All drivers were updated. None of the keyboard worked.
Another info. The mouse input is not recognized either. The cursor moves, but it doesn't allow me to select items in the menu (I entered the main menu using a controller, and then disconnected it to switch to keyboard/mouse control). So the problem is not only with the keyboard.
Thanks again for the support, I hope we can solve this soon.
I can't get it to work on my computer either. I have an i9 11980HK with an Intel Arc B580. Keyboard and mouse are locked out of the game. All overlays have been turned off. No software like teams are installed. This is absolutely stupid. It can't possibly be this difficult for them to fix the keyboard and mouse inputs. You would think that on a PC, where every program uses the mouse and keyboard without a problem, that it would be a pretty simple thing to have the mouse and keyboard work. I certainly had no trouble with keyboards and mice when I wrote programs for windows.
