Are you sure you logged in with the same account, you`ve had the game and DLC? Are you using the same EA Account to post here? In case you do not have any other account, I would advise you get in touch with EA Advisors https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ Alternatively you can use this direct phone number +44203 014 1818.

Hi, I'm having the same problem where all my DLC has been locked after this update. I'm pretty sure that I'm using the same ea account that I own the game and DLCs on. Do you know if this is a problem on my side, or not?

I don`t see any problems on our side with your game and DLC. Have you tried to download them manually from the PlayStation Store? They should be marked as owned by you. Alternatively can you log in into https://store.playstation.com with your credentials and check DLC there.
Let me know, should your matter be resolved.
Yesterday Advisors had a very busy day, right now you should not have any troubles getting in touch. You can give them a call using VoIP service, it would be really cheap and do not require you to have a phone at all.

Thanks for replying. Yes I've had the Season Pass ever since this June. I still have all of the previous DLC weapons/star cards and such. And No, I am not using the same account because I've lost my original account's acsess because of restoring my phone and wiping all of my 2 step verification stuff. So I made this account to try and fix that as well.
When I try to get in contact with an EA Adviser, it just stays at the loading screen and doesn't connects me to an advisor. I've waited for 40 minutes even though it says the wait should be under 1 minute. I also can't call because I don't have a phone plan but, I can text so that's an option. I should also note that I live in Canada if that's any difference.
