Okay, so I did get into a chat with a support man. However, he pointed me toward downloading the add-ons directly from the playstation store on my pc by using my download list and adding it to my downloads, in which it didn't work. I had the same problem where if I looked up the DLC, it said I would have to pay for it again. I submitted my case for the second time to ea support and got into another chat. The man in this chat had told me to try the previous "fix" again to see if something might have gone wrong. Nothing had changed and it showed the same thing I saw last time. I informed the support and he attempted to find another method to bring back my DLC. Unfortunately, this issue might take awhile because he came back to tell me that my case had to be sent to a supervisor so he can investigate it further and find a solution. The support told me to have my email handy so I could check when/if my problem has been solved. Anyone else who has this problem should also keep trying to contact ea support because this problem could be something big that needs a patch in order to fix.

Same @donman311_TTVthat's what I've been doing for the past few weeks. No solution so far.
