Star wars battlefront not in library

Hey, I bought star wars battlefront as a box, and redeemed the code 12 hours ago. When I go to help.ea.com it says that I have the game, but it isn't in my purchase history, and also not in my origin...

Hey guys! Thank you so much for your replies 🙂 I just found out that EA blocked my access to the game. I called them and it was a small bug they said. Now I can play it 🙂 If you still have this problem, you can call ea support: help.ea.com
